BBQ Tofu Stir-fry

Our first attempt at BBQ tofu, on top of a mushroom stir-fry. Very vegan (never mind the chicken broth).

Ingredients:

-Extra firm tofu

-Tofu Marinade:

3 cloves garlic

2 shallots

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp Soya sauce

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp honey

1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions:

Marinade: mix together all ingredients above into a bowl.

Tofu: cut the tofu length wise into two pieces and make sure to press it well between paper towels to get all the water and moisture out before you marinade it. Marinade it for about 8 hours before grilling.  Grill on each side for 6 minutes at 375 degrees.
